What problems?

~Squatters (gangs or the homeless)
~Suspicious activity

O.K. let's give it a try. Most honest Elginites do not trust city hall as far as they can throw a pig. WHY? Past behavior. These crooked pols will never change the stripes until we imprison the crooks with George Ryan in the federal penn.
